Design

As a design studio, we focus on adaptive use of space once the theme is conceptualized. The space must appeal to its intended users at a variety of levels: function, usability, cost, reliability, shape & colour, etc.

Development

Our main motto in the development phase is “The better the contractor the better the results.” Our construction team is highly qualified and their expertise on every element for a complete renovation or just a simple updating of a kitchen and bath allows our projects to be taken from blueprint to reality on time and on budget.

Concept & Design

Our strategic approach in interior design is simple: follow the client’s requirements and reflect. The final renderings of the design shows the space transformed and provides an end result that meets your expectations. All materials are selected before the transformation of the room and consider the following components: brightness, surface storage, functionality development and decorative accessories. Choices both trendy and timeless. Decisions that you still meet in several years the look you want.

Execution

We believe there are two vital principles for having an unbeatable execution, the one is a good executor and the other, using high quality materials ,which here by the capability of Plan Technical and Engineering Group through its executive experience achievements has been able to educate qualified cadre of staff in order to reach to the highest level of accuracy in executions.

Dressing

When designing a building our approach is to always work from the inside out. Our core creative offer encompasses both architecture and interior design. We choose to define interior design as four constituent disciplines within which everyone should be able to understand and identify the aspects of our offer they are looking for.

Dressing includes:

Placement of furniture
Dressing and accessorising of spaces
Styling for photography and hand-over

Procurement

We consider every element of the soft furnishing specification package including carpets, window treatments, furniture, artwork and accessories, providing detailed specifications for procurement tenders. We also provide an in-house procurement service, which will oversee the full process from purchasing through to installation. Professionally prepared specifications ensure the proper outcome of a project by acting as the primary point of reference during the interior design procurement phase.

Refurbishment

Putting your personal stamp on a house is what makes it a home. For many clients who are relocating, managing those refurbishments from afar just adds to the stress of the whole process. That’s where VIPRO experts can help. Whether you want to completely remodel your new home, or just give it a fresh lick of paint, we can help you create a beautiful and practical environment that perfectly suits you and your family. Each project is approached in a unique manner according to the property, the client and their ambitions. In all instances we will design, budget, place contractors and project manage the entire process. We can even furnish and dress the property according to the client’s needs.

Architectural Rendering

VIPRO allocated a special section for architectural rendering services. The work consists of 3D modeling from client’s drawings, texturing, mapping and lighting. Using high performing software 3DS MAX, VIPRO architects and graphic designers work in a very sophisticated and detailed fashion in order to produce client expectations.
