Al Jadeed – news studio
News on Al Jadeed moves fast, from bulletin to guest to a reporter at the scene and back again. The set VIPRO designed for the channel in Lebanon is planned around those handovers.
Desk, wall, field
At the centre is a faceted white anchor desk whose angled planes catch the light, so it reads as a sculpted object rather than a box. Behind it, a wide video backdrop carries the news identity and graphics with local references. To one side, a separate screen is reserved for field reports, giving the anchor a fixed position to turn to when the director cuts to a reporter. Further display panels take data and graphics, and camera zones are planned so the moves between anchors, guests and reporters read cleanly.
Layered glass panels edged in blue light frame the space and give the side angles depth.
Re-theming without rebuilding
The palette is light and the lines are clean, with blue as the single accent. Because the colour lives in the screens and in programmable lighting scenes rather than in fixed scenery, the set can be re-dressed for special coverage or lighter features without physical changes, and the talent stays clearly lit throughout.
