Channel 8 – launch studio, Sulaymaniyah
Launch studio for a new Iraqi channel: two levels, a curved Hexacue LED wall and a circular truss rig, so one floor carries news and livelier formats.

From concept to air

Brief & site survey
Programme formats, camera plan, the space, budget and on-air date.

Concept design
Mood boards, then 3D renders checked from every camera position.

Engineering
Construction drawings, lighting plots, and LED and AV specifications.

Build & install
Workshop fabrication and pre-assembly, installation on site, and lighting and LED calibration, through to the first broadcast.

From concept to realisation
VIPRO specialises in concept design, architectural space planning and implementation for television broadcast, media and entertainment. Our team brings together art direction, event staging, lighting design and newsroom architecture, and has delivered news sets, programme sets and stages for broadcasters across the region.
Founded in Beirut in 2006, VIPRO is led by founder and managing director Rani Zaytouni, an interior architect who has worked in television since 1991. The core team has more than 50 years of combined experience, and our sets are pre-assembled in our own workshop before they reach the studio.
